this place is covered in spiderwebs, it's a good fighting spot but horrid if you suddenly sprout wings and try to fly. You'd be lucky enough to even get out of there alive, it's not a nice place to go and only truly evil animals go here. Though once or twice an innocent little animal can here a few words to many and manage to get out alive... Dragging a little spider web with it.

the rock piles create all sorts of dens, most of the Mooners live here as it makes many littles caves. They do share territory but sometimes they'll find a new home and leave the place, though still this harden pile of giant rocks are great for exercise if you try to climb to the top one, which many of the other animals call Green Boulder, as it is covered in moss. Though, it's the furthest thing from town and very close to the freelands.

perhaps the only romantic spot in the Moonlands. These caves are dotted all over the cliffs, and at first seem like normal caves. However, during the night, if you venture inside, you will see that they arn't normal. Inside, there's a certain kind of rock - marble, or crystal, some think - that glows softly. It lights up the whole cave with a whiteish tint... a magical place.

Nicknamed "Pollution Lake" by the Mooners, and properly nicknamed at that. The water is thin and slimy; it slips through your paws and makes your fur all oily and slick. The water is a murky brown, clouded with dust and who knows what. Oh, and boy, does it smell. Nobody ever really goes near this lake anymore, unless they're committing murder.

the black road is the only paved road out of Dogsong. This is where the Moonlands begin, upon this black tar, so if you're a new Mooner looking for acceptance, look no further. The land surrounding the road is desolate and desert-like; noting worth describing.

the church is old, no doubt about that. None of it has collasped yet, though it seems it might any second. There's a huge steeple at the top, overgrown with weeds and moss. The whole church looks like a giant green box. Weeds snake in from the ground and up in the cracks in the wood floor, covering the long wooden benches. It's a quiet place, and peaceful.

Chuck's is an old, abandoned grocery store, obviously. The building is small and made of smooth, white marble, though half the building has caved. Any food left has long since gone, but there are plenty of dark hiding places if you need a place to stay. However, you have to be careful - there's shards of glass and sharp rocks coating the tile floors.

where it all begin. Some think visiting the old, rotting lab is spooky, so most stay away, although some don't care. The building itself is huge, and it made of giant sheets of rusted old metal. Since the professor's death, there are broken test tubes and such all over the floor, as well as blood stains. The building looks like it could collapse at any moment.

Prong beach is a beautiful place. It's small, but no one really seems to notice anymore. Since the humans left, the beach is clean, and the water safe to drink from. Normally, the waves arn't so high, but on the occasional windy day, they can reach up to three feet. The lake isn't very big, either, the average dog can almost see across, but it's a beach, anyways.

this old dirt is the only way out of the Sunlands - and the only way in. It appears to run along for miles, though no one ever goes more than a mile out from this road. The land surrouding it are old fields, the soil rich and fertile from farming. There's nothing much to do here, though if you're a new dog seeking acceptance...

named after the thousands of cattails that cover the marsh, Cattail Marsh isn't a very nice place to be in. It's basically mud, all the way around. Icky, brown goop. There are little islands of grass here and there, but other than it, you have to wade through it. Though the mud only goes up to most dogs' ankles, it's very sticky and will cling to anything.

this a small forest, but a beautiful one. The trees are huge, monsterious, with wide trunks and thousands of leaves. Any rock here is white, glittering brillianty in the sunlight. A special place indeed.

Ah, you've stepped into Carnation hills. It's beautiful, white flowers everywhere. A few colors here and there but mostly white, sometimes it makes you feel as if you've stepped into heaven. Though that does seem quite true, wait till the sun sets. The flowers take on a new color and it's one of the many romantic spots in the Sunlands.

really, Amber Pond is more than a puddle. It's only about nine feet in diameter, and at it's deepest point, only four feet deep. However, the water is clean enough to drink from, and there's an occasional fish. Surrounding it is a small bunch of bushes and trees, and beyond that, the Marble Forest.

inside are games, chatter, and hello/goodbye. :] Why not post here every once and awhile, eh?
